Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to ensure timely billing, analyze incoming payments for proper application, and manage accounts receivable functions including collections and research of pay agreements.

The role includes journalizing and reconciling AR entries and handling bill back invoices while maintaining filing systems. The position may involve other projects or duties as assigned and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Timely and accurate supplier billing.
• Analyze incoming payments to determine proper application.
• Journalize and reconcile entries to the AR sub ledger.
• Accounts receivable management (collections, research pay agreements, accuracy, etc.).
• Creation of various bill back invoices.
• File maintenance (both hard copies and e-files).
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
