Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related AR experience.
• GED/HS Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages accounts receivable inflow and provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Supports cash application and AR accounting with accurate documentation and transaction handling.
• Assists with weekly and month-end close; processes cash receipts, adjustments and communications with Sales for chargebacks.
• Maintains organized AR and deposit files; issues credit notes and supports audit documentation; strives for KPIs and improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
