Job summary

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Hazleton, PA team.

You will handle daily processing, recording, and application of payments and assist with generating accurate customer invoices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and experience handling ACH, wires, checks, and credit card payments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices
• Receive, review, and post customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks)
• Reconcile bank deposits and payment batches
• Maintain client database and update information as needed
• Respond to billing inquiries by phone/email
• Assist with lien waivers requests
• Generate and distribute monthly client statements
• Support other AR department needs
