Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Hazleton, PA team. You will process and apply customer payments, generate and send accurate invoices, and manage the client database with strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AR or billing, solid Excel skills, and professional communication. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid holidays/vacation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years AR, billing, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, high accuracy, and organization.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ACH, wires, credit cards, checks and/or construction billing a plus.

Responsabilités

• Create, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices.
• Receive, review, and post customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks).
• Reconcile bank deposits and payment batches.
• Maintain client database and update information as needed.
• Respond to billing inquiries by phone/email.
• Assist with lien waivers requests.
• Generate and distribute monthly client statements.
• Support other AR department needs.

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc, a seismic consulting company is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at our Hazleton, PA location.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily processing, recording, and application of customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. You will also be responsible for assisting with generating and distributing accurate customer invoices. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail and have a professional communication style to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
