Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. in Hazleton, PA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage the daily processing, recording, and application of customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks.

You will generate and distribute accurate customer invoices and maintain billing accuracy touchpoints with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is organized with strong attention to detail and professional communication skills to handle inquiries, lien waiver requests,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of AR, billing, or accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and high accuracy.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ACH, wires, credit cards, checks, or construction billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices.
• Receive, review, and post customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks).
• Reconcile bank deposits and payment batches.
• Maintain client database and update information as needed.
• Respond to billing inquiries by phone or email.
• Assist with lien waivers requests.
• Generate and distribute monthly client statements.
• Support other AR department needs.

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc, a seismic consulting company is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at our Hazleton, PA location.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily processing, recording, and application of customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. You will also be responsible for assisting with generating and distributing accurate customer invoices. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail and have a professional communication style to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment
