Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Hazleton, PA team.

You will handle daily processing, recording, and application of payments and assist with generating accurate customer invoices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and experience handling ACH, wires, checks, and credit card payments in a fast-paced environment.

• Reconcile bank deposits and payment batches
• Maintain client database and update information as needed

• Support other AR department needs

Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc, a seismic consulting company is searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at our Hazleton, PA location.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the daily processing, recording, and application of customer payments including ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. You will also be responsible for assisting with generating and distributing accurate customer invoices. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail and have a professional communication style to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your Background:

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of AR, billing, or accounting experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, high accuracy, and excellent organization
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Experience with ACH, wires, credit cards, checks and/or construction billing a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet monthly deadlines in a fast-paced environment
