Job summary

Infoshred, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Finance team in East Windsor, CT. You will process payments, send invoices, and maintain billing cycles in a small, collaborative office.

We value detail-oriented individuals with 1–3 years of AR or billing experience who are comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook and basic accounting software. Local candidates preferred; US Citizen status required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or related office support.
• High school diploma required; Associate's degree a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and basic accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments
• Prepare and process daily bank deposits
• Send invoices, statements, and billing-related correspondence
• Communicate with customers by phone/email regarding payment questions or account updates
• Assist with collections outreach for past-due invoices
• Maintain client account portals and assist with vendor onboarding
• Provide W9s and Certificates of Insurance as needed
• Support the Finance team with additional accounting tasks
