Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help make sure our customers are billed correctly, payments are received on time, and any questions are handled with care. You’ll be a key part of keeping our cash flow healthy while also building positive relationships with the people we work with.
What You’ll Do
- Send invoices and process customer payments with accuracy.
- Keep track of account balances and follow up with customers when payments are overdue.
- Work closely with customers to answer billing questions and resolve issues quickly.
- Partner with teammates in sales, operations, and finance to make sure accounts stay up to date.
- Keep records organized so everything is clear and audit-ready.
- Share updates and reports to help the team understand AR activity and trends.
- Pitch in to support month-end and other team projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting (1–3 years is great, but we’re open to the right fit).
- Comfortable with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail—you catch mistakes before they become problems.
- Great communicator who can explain things clearly and kindly to customers and teammates.
- A problem solver who looks for solutions instead of roadblocks.
- Organized and reliable—you follow through and can handle multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on helping others succeed.
