RealREPP, a full-service recruiting firm, seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage AR transactions, cash application, and customer record maintenance. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely posting, and compliance with GAAP. You will support payment processing and reconciliations while upholding data integrity and process controls.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AR, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; teamwork and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Experience with customer invoicing or payment portals preferred.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Able to analyze and resolve basic issues.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Works under direct supervision and makes decisions within defined guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of AR transactions, with cash receipts application focus.
• Assist with processing and applying customer payments, posting and reconciliation.
• Research and resolve AR discrepancies and unapplied cash; escalate complex issues.
• Assist with new customer setup, creating and maintaining records and portal access.
• Establish and maintain accurate accounting records for data integrity and auditability.
