Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Accounts Receivable Senior Associate in the United States to ensure accurate cash application, record bad debt, and resolve unapplied cash. The role partners with Finance, business units, and leaders, supporting client-facing inquiries and portal administration.

Candidates should have 2–3 years AR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AR systems; familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis, or Ariba is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience with cash application knowledge.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong oral and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint; intermediate Excel with PivotTables/lookup formulas.
• Experience with professional services or high-volume AR is a plus.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Icertis or Ariba is a plus.
• Experience with client portals for onboarding, setup and documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Post monies due to partnership promptly and accurately.
• Process bad debt write-offs.
• Resolve unapplied cash with business units.
• Respond to client balance inquiries.
• Prepare customer refunds for overpayments.
• Monitor shared inbox for AR inquiries.
• Onboard, set up, maintain, troubleshoot client portal accounts.
• Document and execute multi-step AR processes.
