Burdette Beckmann Inc. in Hollywood, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage daily payment postings and client relationships.

You will review checks/ACHs, chase missing documents, and generate monthly reports while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. This role offers a path in a dynamic national CPG broker with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong Excel data skills (formulas, sort/filter, pivot tables).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review and log checks and ACH payments daily.
• Research missing orders and invoices from commission statements and deductions.
• Contact clients via email and phone to obtain missing statements, invoices and deduction backup.
• Track checks received daily to meet the 30-day deadline.
• Run paid and unpaid reports monthly.
• Other duties/special projects as assigned.

BBI is seeking a self-motivated Accounts Receivable Associate to join our dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to foster and maintain strong relationships with our clients to gather necessary backup/payment information for posting commission checks and ACHs received.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and log checks and ACH payments daily.
• Research missing orders and invoices from commission statements and deductions.
• Contact clients via email and phone, to obtain missing statements, invoices and deduction backup.
• Track checks received daily in order to meet the 30-day deadline.
• Run paid and unpaid reports monthly to ensure all sales and customers are captured.
• Other duties/special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma. Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong computer and keyboarding/data entry skills are a must, including intermediate Microsoft Excel (able to create formulas, sort/filter, pivot tables).
• Excellent attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience leading a team is an asset.
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and with clients.
• Can do attitude exhibiting a high level of professionalism and personal accountability.
• Organized with proven ability to effectively multi-task.
• Prior work experience within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Good) broker, sales agency or other food products is desirable.
