Johnson Health Tech North America in Wisconsin is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to handle AR tasks, collections, reconciliations, and general accounting duties under the Accounting Manager.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and independence, with responsibilities including aging reports, billing, credit evaluations, and month-end close support. You will monitor the AR email, post daily credit card transactions, and prepare customer reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Confidentiality and ethical handling of credit and collections.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable aging reports
• Clearing accounts receivable credits
• Customer reports
• Down payment processing
• Monitor the accounts receivable email inbox
• Daily credit card postings
• Sending proforma and invoices to customers
• Credit evaluation
• Sales order release request approvals
• Reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts
• Monthly reporting and other projects as assigned
• Update SOPs and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
• Additional consideration given for experience or certifications
