The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support key financial operations, including payment processing, billing, and collections. This role ensures accurate reconciliation of client transactions and contributes to excellent internal and external service. Responsibilities include posting deposits, managing case payments, assisting with billing breakdowns, and communicating with clients regarding payment status.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside within 125 miles of their assigned office location in the U.S. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.
Johnston, RI: $51,900 – $55,000
New York, NY: $60,000 – $63,800
This position is also eligible for quarterly performance-based incentives.
