Responsibilities
Responsible for posting customer payments with speed and accuracy
Work with various payment types including ACH, wire transfers, and checks
Address payment issues such as duplicates, short and over payments
Communicate via email and telephone with customers and company personnel
Balance deposits and G/L cash accounts
Collaborate with Credit Managers and Pricing Analysts
Assist with credit duties including obtaining commercial credit reports
Qualifications
