Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience.

• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Elite 3E or similar accounting software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances.
• Perform proactive follow-up on past-due accounts.

About the Opportunity

Search Group Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, established professional services firm in Downtown Los Angeles seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its growing Accounting & Finance team.

The position follows a three-day in-office / two-day remote schedule.

Position Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage client receivables with a strong emphasis on collections, analysis, and relationship management.

This is not simply a transactional collections position. The successful candidate will monitor outstanding receivables, identify trends and potential issues, and provide meaningful analytical information to internal stakeholders.

The position requires someone who can be persistent about collecting outstanding balances while maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and internal business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Elite 3E or similar professional services accounting software is a plus.

A college degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$75,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience.
