Job summary

Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, documenting interactions, and following established workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Location is onsite at 5045 Franklin Ave, Waco, TX, with a schedule of 9:30am–6pm CT, Monday–Friday. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus performance incentives, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Clear and professional communication for account-related conversations
• Reliability with a track record of meeting expectations

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about customer account balances
• Explain balances, payments, and options clearly
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone
• Document interactions accurately across multiple systems
• Follow workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements
• Meet productivity and quality performance goals
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs
