Job summary

Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support patients with account-related questions, payments, and issue resolution. This onsite role in Waco, TX, requires handling calls, documenting interactions, and following scripts to ensure accurate, professional information.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30am to 6pm Central Time, with base pay of $15–$17 per hour plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills; navigate multiple systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Clear, professional communication with customers.
• Demonstrated reliability and consistent work history.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Provide clear explanations of balances, payments, and options.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone.
• Accurately document interactions across multiple systems.
• Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Meet performance goals related to productivity and quality.
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs when applicable.
