Meduit is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution on-site in Sartell, MN. You will handle calls, explain balances, arrange payments, and document interactions while adhering to scripts and quality standards.

The role offers a 9am–6pm Central schedule, weekdays, with base pay of $17–$19 per hour plus performance incentives. Join a team focused on integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement to drive revenue cycle

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills across multiple systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Clear, professional communication on account conversations.
• Reliable work history with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer account balances.
• Provide explanations of balances, payments, and options.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions by phone.
• Document interactions across multiple systems.
• Follow scripts, workflows, and compliance requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality goals.
• Assist customers with available support or financial programs.
