The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to scripts, and meeting productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced healthcare-finance environment. Onsite schedule is 10 AM to 7 PM ET, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing experience (call center, retail, office, front desk, or similar).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and communicate clearly.
• Maintain professional, reliable work history with consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding customer accounts and payments.
• Explain balances, payments, and options clearly and professionally.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions by phone.
• Document interactions accurately across systems and follow workflows.
• Adhere to scripts and compliance; meet productivity and quality goals.
• Assist customers with available support or financial assistance programs.
