Job summary

Meduit is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers with account questions, payments, and issue resolution. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide clear explanations of balances and options, and document interactions accurately across multiple systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date account records, follow workflows, and meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced healthcare revenue cycle environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in customer service, call center, healthcare support, administrative support, or office-based role preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with productivity and quality expectations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Reliable with good attendance and ability to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts.
• Explain balances, payments, and available options clearly.
• Set up payment arrangements and process transactions over the phone.
