Job summary

SpectrumCareers is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our established accounting team in Alexandria, VA. This direct-hire role offers a hybrid work schedule and the opportunity to manage end-to-end AP processes.

You will process invoices, code expenses, coordinate approvals, and maintain vendor records while supporting month-end close and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and government contracting (GovCon).
• Proficient in AP processes, invoice coding, reconciliations, and vendor management.
• Deltek Costpoint experience preferred.
