Job summary

ZenaTech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Treasury Assistant to join our Finance team in Naperville, IL. The role covers banking transactions, payment runs, EFTs, and vendor inquiries, with exposure to treasury activities and month-end closings.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years in accounts payable or related finance roles, along with strong Excel and ERP system experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems; high-volume invoice processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and track banking transactions and daily payment runs.
• Support EFTs, wire payments, and other treasury transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account status.
• Monitor balances and ensure sufficient funding levels.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and SEC filings.
