Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee daily AP operations across multiple locations. You will supervise a team of 2, ensure accurate invoicing and posting, and collaborate with Purchasing, venues, and finance to resolve issues and improve controls.

Strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of accounts payable experience required.
• Experience supervising a remote team.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable activities, supervising a team of 2, ensuring timely and accurate processing, coding, and posting of all invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department, hotel venues, and other departments to reconcile and resolve PO, invoice, and receiving issues.
• Review and set up vendor payments to be made on a daily/weekly basis with Controller.
• Post business transactions, verify financial data for AP records as needed.
• Review, approve, and set up new vendors in PO, AP, and banking systems.
• Ensure monthly accruals for goods/services and for invoiced/not invoiced items are accurately recorded.
