The role is primarily on‑site with a remote workday each week, requiring 5+ years in AP and experience with SAP/Concur, plus strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Hands-on with purchasing cards (p-cards) and corporate payments.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Concur.
• Strong Excel reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
• Ability to lead and develop a small AP team and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all payment processing activities, including ACH and wires.
• Manage vendor and internal customer support for timely issue resolution.
• Oversee corporate travel and purchasing card programs and policy compliance.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Coach and develop a team of about five AP professionals.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Drive AP process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance, treasury and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Utilize SAP/ERP systems, Concur, and Excel to manage AP workflows.
• Prepare AP reports and support month-end close activities.
