Job summary

USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the Expense Payables Team, ensure KPI achievement, and maintain daily operations. The role involves coaching Coordinators & Specialists, reviewing KPI performance, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and ServiceNow tickets in line with SLA.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience, solid knowledge of AP principles, and strong analytical and communication skills to support internal customers

Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Payable processes and general accounting principles.
• Supervisory experience and ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong research, resolution, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Accounts Payable operations and lead the Expense Payables Team.
• Train, develop, and motivate Coordinators & Specialists; review KPI reporting and audits.
• Ensure invoices and ServiceNow tickets meet SLA and departmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to review KPIs, errors, and training needs.
• Provide direction to meet departmental goals and improve processes.
• Manage overtime, staffing, and month-end close activities for AP.
