Qualifications

• PeopleSoft experience preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience is necessary.
• Firm understanding of basic AP and Accounting Principles required.
• Excellent research and resolution skills are essential.
• Strong math aptitude and analytical ability are important.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills needed.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
• Must be able to work on multiple assignments with competing priorities.
• Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation skills are necessary.
• Team player with a positive attitude needed.
• Conflict management skills are a plus.
• Strong PC/Excel knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops the Expense Payables team.
• Ensures timely processing of invoices according to guidelines.
• Conducts performance reviews and training for team members.
• Prepares daily and monthly departmental reporting.
• Provides excellent customer service to location personnel.
• Troubleshoots computer/software issues and liaises with IT.
