Job summary

ARDEX Americas, a leading provider of high-performance building solutions, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Center Township team. You will lead AP activities, mentor staff, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate across Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day AP functions, reviewing and processing invoices.
• Supervise AP staff and foster accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure AP controls meet policies and audit requirements.
• Manage weekly freight, parcel billing, and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Operations, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and vendor relationships.
• Support costing, pricing, and spend analysis with financial data.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
• Provide backup for AP setup, AR, and cash postings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
