Responsibilities include managing ACH/wire payments, card programs, audits, and reporting using SAP/ERP, Concur, and Excel. Requires 5+ years AP experience with supervisory responsibilities; hybrid on-site with one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in accounts payable with supervisory or team lead experience.
• Hands-on with purchasing cards (p-cards) and corporate payment processing.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment processing activities (ACH, wire, reconciliations).
• Oversee corporate card programs and travel expense processes.
• Manage an AP team of ~5; hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Improve AP controls and drive process efficiency.
• Ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and treasury.
• Utilize SAP/ERP, Concur, and Excel for AP workflows and reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close related to AP.
