Kforce Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations in St. Louis, MO. This on-site role requires overseeing payments, journal entries, and internal controls while driving process improvements and system transitions.

The ideal candidate will have AP supervisory experience, ERP knowledge (PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion), and strong Excel skills to support forecasting and period-end close processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Accounts payable supervisory experience required.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
