Matrix Finance and Accounting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing manufacturing firm in Seattle. The role requires 2–3 years of accounts payable experience and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

You will handle vendor invoices, PO matching, and AP inquiries, supporting month-end close and maintaining well-organized AP records. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to resolve payment issues and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Perform PO maintenance, including matching invoices to POs and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage and monitor the AP inbox, responding to vendor and internal inquiries promptly.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and resolve outstanding issues.
• Support month-end close by ensuring all invoices are recorded within the proper period.
• Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment or invoice issues.
