You will manage the full-cycle AP process, verify invoices, and coordinate payments with multiple methods. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, strong Excel capabilities, and comfort with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems or computerized Accounts Payable software.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, and posting to the general ledger.
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor statements.
• Processing vendor payments through checks, ACH, wire transfers, and corporate credit cards.
• Maintaining vendor records, onboarding new vendors, and supporting related administrative processes.
• Supporting audits, year-end activities, inventory-related accounting processes, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
