Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in accounts payable/receivable or general accounting.
• 2 years in transportation industry preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Audit carrier paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Process and pay carrier invoices and vendor invoices.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on accounts.
• Generate reports confirming receipt of paperwork for all loads.
• Communicate payment status with vendors.
• Maintain documents and SOPs on SharePoint.
• Identify gaps in payables documentation.
