Zillion Technologies Inc. is seeking an Accounting/Finance - Accounts Payable Associate to manage accounts payable processes, audit carrier paperwork, and ensure timely payments.

The role involves reviewing invoices, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining SOPs on SharePoint. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of AP/AR or general accounting experience, with 2 years in transportation preferred.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 1 year of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
• 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience in transportation industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Audit carrier paperwork and invoices for accuracy.
• Process and pay carrier and vendor invoices.
• Audit vendor statements, obtain approvals, and mail checks.
• Research and resolve discrepancies on invoices.
• Forward factoring letters to payment processing company.
• Generate reports ensuring loads paperwork is complete.
• Communicate payment status with vendors.
• Maintain documents and SOPs on SharePoint.
• Identify gaps in payables documentation and address them.
• Develop guidance to improve workflow and policy adherence.
