Qualifications

• Two years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Experience in a high-volume invoice environment.
• Familiarity with invoice coding, approvals, and vendor maintenance.
• Experience with an ERP or expense-management system (Sage Intacct or Concur helpful).
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, validate, and process vendor invoices.
• Ensure invoices have appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and process electronic, check, and other vendor payments.
• Research invoice discrepancies and resolve questions.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders on coding and approvals.
• Maintain vendor records and onboarding documentation.
• Reconcile accounts payable activity and investigate differences.
• Assist with month-end close, audit requests, and process improvements.
