• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated understanding of internal controls and AP best practices.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately with proper coding to GL accounts, cost centers, and projects.
• Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and process daily payment runs (ACH, check, wire) in line with terms and cash flow.
• Maintain vendor records including W-9s, terms, and contacts.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries on invoice status and payments.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL monthly and support month-end close activities.
