Weiss Technik North America is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting accurate, timely, and efficient financial operations. You will manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain complete documentation while supporting compliance and process improvements.

Strong SAP ERP experience, 3–5 years of accounting, and excellent communication are required.

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and maintain complete transaction documentation.
• Ensure timely payments and support multi-state use tax compliance.
• Manage vendor inquiries, payment issues, and complex discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for supplier relationships and credit hold situations.
• Prepare AP aging reports, metrics, and reconciliation support.
• Assist with vendor onboarding and audit compliance requirements.
• Support month-end close activities and general ledger reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys solving problems, building strong vendor relationships, and helping improve financial processes? Weiss Technik North America is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing Finance team and play a key role in supporting accurate, timely, and efficient financial operations.

What You'll Do

As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle while supporting compliance, process improvements, and vendor relations. Key responsibilities include:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and maintain complete transaction documentation.
• Ensure timely payments and support multi-state use tax compliance.
• Manage vendor inquiries, payment issues, and complex discrepancy resolution.
