Qualifications

• 3-5 years in accounting, manufacturing a plus.
• 2+ years maintaining ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Strong in MS Office and financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and maintain documentation per SOPs.
• Apply use tax compliance to multi-state purchases with proper certificates.
• Assist continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Handle disputes and payment inquiries; provide strong customer service.
• Prepare AP reports including aging analyses and metrics.
• Assist with audits, month-end close, and GL reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; meet deadlines.
• Onboard new vendors in line with audit policies.
