Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an AP Coder Assistant to join the Accounts Payable Team within the Procurement and Supply Chain group. The role reports to the Accounts Payable Lead and emphasizes accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and timely processing of tickets and invoices in OpenInvoice and SAP.

You will review documentation, validate coding, participate in team meetings, and seek continuous improvement while maintaining strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years of related experience.
• Oil and gas industry exposure preferred.
• Understanding of general accounting terms.
• SAP & OpenInvoice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce accounts payable policies in OpenInvoice and SAP.
• Follow processing matrix and SOPs.
• Review invoices and tickets for supporting documentation.
• Validate coding information for audit compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and vendor relations.
• Maintain daily productivity with high accuracy.
• Work with high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
