Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and vendor invoice processing.
• Familiarity with contract maintenance and approvals.
• Exposure to construction/development project accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review of vendor contracts and maintaining and updating the systems
• Tracking and maintaining construction records and documents
• Coding invoices, reviewing and obtaining approvals for payment
• Data entry and prepare invoices for vendor payments in the system
• Assisting accounting to resolve discrepancies or customer service questions
• Preparing of monthly reporting for the Controller
