Job summary

RealtySouth is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Eden Prairie, MN to review and process invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments. The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and reconciliation with cross-department collaboration. A related Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 1–3 years in AP and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or business or equivalent knowledge and work experience.
• 1 to 3 years’ accounts payable experience. Related industry experience helpful.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and process accounts payable invoices and employee expense reimbursements. (75-80%)
• Compute discounts, code expenses, perform data entry and prepare vouchers for payment.
• Balance to batch total.
• Generate reports, remit payment, and maintain files.
• Post details of business transactions to appropriate ledger and journal and total accounts.
• Process vendor and employee payments.
• Provide accounts payable assistance and serve as a liaison with other departments regarding questions and/or discrepancies.
