Job summary

HomeServices of America in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to review and process invoices and reimbursements with a focus on accuracy and timely payments.

You will maintain files, reconcile accounts, and provide routine reports while liaising with other departments to resolve questions or discrepancies.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or business or equivalent knowledge/work experience.
• 1-3 years accounts payable experience; experience with vendors/customers helpful.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to calculate figures and amounts.

Responsibilities

• Review and process accounts payable invoices and employee expenses.
• Maintain files and records of invoices and amounts owed.
• Complete reconciliations.
• Provide accounts payable assistance and liaison with other departments for questions or discrepancies.
• Prepare routine correspondence pertaining to department work.
• May assist accounts receivable and commission processes.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
