Easter Creek Partners seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support the financial department as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities include processing invoices, coding, vendor relations, timely payments, and month-end tasks.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid grasp of accounting principles. Familiarity with MS Office and NetSuite is preferred, though not required.

• Process and code invoices; ensure timely payments.

• Compare POs, prices, terms; ensure discounts and charges.
• Reconcile accounts; assist with month-end close and 1099s.
• Audit AP processes for efficiency and accuracy.
