• Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice reports and recording entries.
• Schedules and prepares checks; resolves discrepancies and ensures credit for memos.
• Pays contract labor and employees by verifying expense reports and issuing checks.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
