Callaway Golf Company is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to manage full-cycle AP for multiple entities, ensuring accurate processing, coding, and timely payments. You will handle high-volume vendors, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close with strong internal controls.

The role requires five years of AP experience, familiarity with SAP, Concur, and related tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressively responsible, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, vendor management, and month-end close.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, matching, posting, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and period-end close.
• Independently manage complex, high-volume vendors, ensuring invoices, credits, payments, and open items are processed accurately and timely.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies; identify root causes and coordinate sustainable solutions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assigned accounts, research balances, and drive timely resolution.
• Prepare and support payments (checks, ACH, wires, EFT) under controls.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities with accrual support and reporting deadlines.
• Review AP aging and implement corrective actions; maintain vendor master data and controls.
• Support vendor tax withholding and 1099 reporting.
