Responsibilities

• Invoice Management and Processing.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system.
• Payment Processing and Disbursement.
• Prepare and process electronic payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks).
• Monitor payment schedules to avoid late fees.
• Reconcile vendor statements and address balances.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Generate AP aging reports and payment activity summaries.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
• Support audits by providing documentation.
• Primary contact for vendor desk regarding payments.
• Collaborate with dealership network to resolve disputes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Utilize AP automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay current on AP trends and relevant technologies.
