Peak Utility Infrastructure seeks an AP Specialist to support service card processing and time-entry in two proprietary systems. You will scan documents, upload records to SharePoint, and mail out closed work orders weekly, while coordinating with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.

Strong data-entry accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise accounting software.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise accounting software.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Scan service cards and upload to SharePoint/internal systems to close out work orders.
• Data entry – time and work completed into 2 proprietary systems.
• Track and update non-active work orders/spreadsheet and bill when they become active.
• Mail out closed work orders once per week.
• Communicate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies.
