Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing with proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Vendor management: maintain records and respond to inquiries.
• Process electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers per terms.
• Review and process employee expense reports per policy.
• Monthly AP reconciliations and discrepancy resolution.
• Generate AP reports, aging schedules, and payment forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to support agency goals.
