Job summary

The Children’s Village is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of accounts payable and related financial tasks. This role partners with internal departments and vendors to maintain strong controls and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include invoicing, vendor management, payment processing, reconciliations, and month-end close support. A2+ years in AP, nonprofit or high-volume settings preferred; strong Excel and ERP skills required.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field required; bachelor's preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years in accounts payable or related finance experience.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and payment processes.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
  • Experience in nonprofit or high-volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable end-to-end with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle invoice intake, review, and vendor file maintenance.
  • Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting/analysis.
  • Identify workflow improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls.
