Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review expense reports for reimbursement and reconcile corporate card transactions.
• Final review and approval of financial transactions for Accounts Payable.
• Reconcile pending aged corporate credit card transactions in Workday.
• Assist staff with creating expense reports in Workday when needed.
• Monitor reports for expenses in draft status.
• Assist with processing invoices and purchase orders; support audits.
