Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate, timely processing of vendor invoices, expenses, and payments while maintaining complete records. The role demands meticulous attention to GL coding and PO matching, with strong organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information.

• High school diploma or GED required. Basic accounting courses preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with PO system.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoice payments in a timely fashion.
• Apply invoices to POs and verify line items match.
• Enter invoices without a PO with proper approval workflow.
• Date stamp and sort incoming mail; scan invoices for coding.
• Answer vendor, peer, management, and internal/external inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.
• Provide support during audits with requested documentation and explanations.
• Maintain well-organized AP records and documentation for easy retrieval.
